We
would like to bring to the attention of all owners of the above Horizon
products the issues with the supply of spares and accessories.
Due to the phenomenal success of these products the UK
supplier Horizon Hobbies UK has been put in the position of being
unable to supply enough spare parts to cope with demand that these
products have created. They are trying desperately to obtain enough
spares to meet the demand but can currently only secure limited amounts
of spares at a time due to the global demand of these products and the
spares requests created.
We have large quantities of all the popular spares and customer ordered items on order with Horizon UK.
Unfortunately, we are not informed what spares will be in our
deliveries and can only sell what has been supplied. Please rest
assured that orders placed for spares will be fulfilled as soon as the
parts become available.
PLEASE
DO NOT SEND EMAILS REGARDING SPARES FOR THESE PRODUCTS. WE HAVE MADE
THE SITUATION CLEAR REGARDING THE SUPPLY ISSUES AND FURTHER EMAILS
REGARDING SPARES WILL NOT BE ANSWERED.
