The SG -38 was designed for slope and wind start. The designers Schneider, Rehberg and Hofmann had developed an aircraft that was suitable for the self in the plane groups. Known colloquially as " Damn it ", " pupil" , or "Skull Splitter ".
The model was designed using original documents to a scale 1:4. Naturally, the wooden construction was retained. To allow for the radio equipment, the lower fuselage part was widened by a few millimeters . All other dimensions are identical to the original.
The model kit includes everything required for building material such as large blueprint (plan), detailed assembly instructions with perspective drawings, die-cut balsa and plywood parts, all fittings, rollers and cables.
Not included: pilot doll, covering material, paint and adhesives, r/c equipment.
